The upgrade of an Offshore Rig on the same field: two derricks for 3 metal a second at 8 power, the same as the Advanced Extractor on land. It costs 190 metal and 16 seconds.
How to use
Upgrade the rigs your fleet can keep in view first. A rig far out on open water is the first thing an enemy flotilla will shell, and the upgrade is lost with it.
