The Advanced Naval Yard is the upgraded Naval Yard: Tier-1 craft plus Aegis Frigates, Barracuda Submarines and the Gator, the amphibious vehicle that swims itself ashore.
How to use
Upgrade as soon as the enemy fields real warships or aircraft over the water: Aegis Frigates screen both aircraft and submarines. Pair them with Missile Boats or Barracudas for surface striking power; their own light guns handle nearby coastal targets.
